ONE PAN SPAGHETTI BOLOGNESE

My One Pan Spaghetti Bolognese may not be the traditional way to make the beloved Italian bolognese, but it is so very close.


I must admit that at first, I was skeptical about whether this one pan recipe would work when the idea came to mind to develop it, but now I've made it repeatedly! The sheer convenience, speed, and deliciousness of this recipe are a tiny price to pay compared to the traditional slow-cooked version.


All the classic flavors of Bolognese—rich meat sauce, tender pasta, and a touch of herbs—cooked in one pan for a no-fuss, hearty dinner. No boiling pasta separately!
