15-Minute Gluten Free Pizza Crust
Craving pizza but need it to be gluten free? Ordering a gluten free pizza at a restaurant adds several dollars to the bill. Oddly, the size of the pizza is also reduced. Now, that doesn't seem fair!
With just a few ingredients, making a high-protein gluten free pizza dough is very affordable and easy to make at home, and it takes just 15 minutes. I have made this pizza dough several times with different toppings, and it is awesome! Make it a thick crust or a thin crust. It's entirely up to you!
