If you're in need of some digestive support due to inflammation or acid reflux and everything you eat is upsetting your stomach, then try this protein and rice combo.
I recently had an issue with a family member who was dealing with a health issue leading up to inflammation and no matter the food, it would cause a lot of acid reflux and overall inflammation and the inability to digest any food.
While I'm not a medical professional, leaning on some natural home remedy did provide support.
This dish can be made with any protein, infact I have made this with bone-in chicken thighs and it was equally good! I find any rice dish so incredibly comforting to the soul and love changing it up with different spices, seasonings and proteins. Most recently I pulled up my recipe for seafood paella to cook for visiting friends and it was a hit!
