EASY CLASSIC FALAFEL

My easy classic falafel is one of my go-to recipes for a meatless Monday dinner. With the hearty goodness of chickpeas, fresh herbs, and just a few simple ingredients, you can't go wrong! It's satisfying, high in protein, and has healthy carbs and fiber. Serve in a protein bowl, in a wrap, or simply as finger food. However you serve them, don't forget to drizzle them with my easy homemade tahini sauce for a creamy, lemony, indulgent flavor!
